something to keep in mind – most fitness classes are supposed to be difficult and challenging and designed to overload your muscles. If you’re trying to look good or complete every rep to keep up with the other people in the class, it’s going to mess with your form and your mind. Don’t get down on yourself if your stretch, plank, squat or whatever isn’t as strong as someone else;
you can do something else in life that they can’t do!
Remember, the instructor and probably the others in class are rooting for you.
